EXPLANATORY NOTE

Reading International, Inc. is furnishing this amendment to its Form 8-K filed on August 27, 2013. This amendment includes as an Exhibit, the slide presentation made at the 2013 Midwest IDEAS Investor Conference on August 27, 2013. This Exhibit corrects the previously filed presentation which was inadvertently filed with the slides in the wrong order.
