Since January 2014, Mr. Adams has served on the Board of Directors of Reading International, Inc. where he is also serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Adams has previously served on the Board of Directors of: Lone Star Steakhouse, Mercer International, Exar, Inc., Vitesse Semiconductor serving in various capacities including Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of Compensation Committee, and Chair of the Strategic Committee.
