Reading International Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rules

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reading International, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDI) (“Reading” or the “Company”) announced today that it received a notice from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department on May 3, 2016 stating that it has regained compliance with the NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) by filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 (“2015 Form 10-K).

On March 31, 2016, the Company received notice from NASDAQ that it was not in compliance with the listing rule due to the delay in filing its 2015 Form 10-K beyond the extended filing due date of March 30, 2016. The Company filed its 2015 Form 10-K on April 29, 2016.
